Client Details

General Contractor with over 5 decades of experience within the Tennessee market and focuses on light industrial & commercial projects which range anywhere from 20,000 sqft - 1m sqft. Growth has been increasing hence is why they are trying to grow their oversight with a new Senior Project Manager.

Description

  • Run/manage projects from start to finish
  • Communicate with superintendents and project managers on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

  • 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
