Senior Project Manager II - Light Industrial - Nashville

Lead in the oversight of multiple medium to large scale indsutrial projects for well known companies & be apart of a team known for success within the Nashville area. Focus on managing teams and building your network of different developers while utilizing established connections to bring value to the company.

Client Details

General Contractor with over 5 decades of experience within the Tennessee market and focuses on light industrial & commercial projects which range anywhere from 20,000 sqft - 1m sqft. Growth has been increasing hence is why they are trying to grow their oversight with a new Senior Project Manager.

Description

• Run/manage projects from start to finish
• Communicate with superintendents and project managers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

• 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
• Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
