We are now looking for talented, innovative individuals to join our team in Tyson's Corner, VA (DC Metro area).

Key Responsibilities

This is an on-site position that will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the front desk receptionist by greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
• Answer phone calls & emails to the front desk promptly and professionally, screening and forwarding as needed
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring visitor log and issuing visitor badges
• Maintains master floor plan showing staff locations and organizes and tracks keys for all offices and file cabinets
• Maintains clean and organized supply rooms and supply closets on 2 floors and supports Office Manager with tracking and restocking of office supplies and inventory
• Responsible for maintaining clean reception, kitchen areas, and conference rooms on 2 floors
• Supports Office Manager with weekly lunches, breakfasts and other employee special events as needed, including cleaning cafes after meals and at the end of day
• Supports Office Manager with meeting coordination, including set up meeting rooms for conferences and video calls, order refreshments, and assist with visitor logistics
• Handle mail and courier services - packaging, pricing, creating labels, arranging pickups & tracking
• Provides administrative support for the executive, marketing and human resources teams as needed
• Support social committee with in office events including researching venues, decorating, food service, etc.

• Attention to detail and high integrity
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Google software products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to work onsite in Tysons Corner office five days / week
• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 per year base salary, when annualized
