Job Summary
A full-time Executive Assistant is needed to support the leaders at AGA. This position requires someone who can support the Executive Team with a problem-solving mindset in any situation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prioritize needs, projects, and other responsibilities in the fast-paced environment
- Continually adjust meeting schedules according to leader's preferences
- Provide travel options and book reservations for flights, hotels, cars, restaurants, and other events for leaders
- Screen emails, phone calls, mail and internal requests for meetings as the gate-keeper for both leaders
- Reconcile financial statements and receipts on a monthly basis
- Coordinate events as needed by the business
- Order meals according to the needs of the leadership team
- Able to learn new skills and work overtime frequently as needed by supervisors
- Other duties as assigned
- Completely trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality with high-level company documents and meetings
- Highly professional with phone and email communication, especially with business relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient in writing, editing, and typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation without supervision
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude under pressure
