We are a leader in delivery of modular facilities utilizing the Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology. DMC replaces the century-old, siloed approach of the Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry. A major lever in our platform is our Project Management function.
Creature Office Administrator
We are a growing company and need a highly organized energetic administrative professional to ensure our office is operating as smoothly as possible. This individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and be a value add to our whole office team. You must be a doer that can seamlessly transition from being in the details to creating smart systems that continuously improve Creatures efficiency.
Role Expectations:
- Day to day oversight of work activities of the office and maintain a presentable appearance of all office conditions
- Greeting office guests
- Ownership of all maintenance of office equipment excluding technology resources
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers
- Administrative duties such as answering phones, receiving/opening/distributing mail, outgoing mail, and shipping any packages to remote job sites
- Administrative support to various Functions within Creature
- Maintains inventory and ordering of office supplies and breakroom/snacks
- Responsible for procuring and managing swag inventory
- Responsible for ordering office lunches/catering.
- Record, track, and audit monthly office utilities invoices
- Prepare expense reports and book travel for executive team
- Review PTO approvals for managers.
- Assist in new employee onboarding
- Manage technology inventory for new employees (Cell phones/iPads/laptops)
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in and help tackle problems
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Construction environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in Bluebeam strongly preferred
- Working proficiency in Procore required
- Aptitude to learn new computer applications and software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Proven self-starter
- Detailed oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Notary certification

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, and other external partners, to support the company's growth and success
- Ensure seamless delivery of company wide events, presentations, and meetings
