THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing a team of recruiters.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with ADP Recruiting Management is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs, using data to drive improvements and tell a compelling story.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovative sourcing strategies.
