As we expand our staffing team, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Recruiter to join us.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering recruitment, with automotive industry experience (preferably within OEMs). You will be responsible for managing a continuous requisition load of 10-12 open positions. Key duties include sourcing candidates through job postings, job boards, internet research, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. You should also excel at building relationships and interacting with various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in mid- to large-sized organizations.
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive engineering recruitment required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online recruitment methods.
- Understanding and identifying the company's engineering recruitment needs and requirements.
- Use job boards, social networks, and other professional platforms to attract prospective candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess applicant's technical knowledge, soft skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview process with engineering hiring managers.
- Stay up to date on current recruiting methods and industry trends.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers.
- Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintaining a database of potential future candidates.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
