We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiterto join our team in Oklahoma City!You will perform activities in human resourcesfrom recruiting new hiresto retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, andinterview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Implement company culture, valuesand policies
• Provide managementwith requestedreports anddocuments
• Coordinate events focused onemployee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Perform screening with background checks and drug screens
• coach/counsel employees
• Complete I9/everify process
• 
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Staffing, recruiting, for high volume accounts
• Prefer experience staffing in Manufacturing or Light Industrial companies
• Previous ATS experience with Bullhorn a plus!
• Knowledge of labor andemployment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver License
