The Town of Brewster currently seeks an organized & detail oriented administrative professional for the position of Executive Assistant to the Town Manager. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative, technical, & clerical support services to the Select Board & Town Manager\'s office & serves as the primary contact for public inquires & requests for information. Duties include but are not limited to; monitor & process department attendance & payroll, accounts payable & receivable, & lease payments consistent with budget appropriations. Oversees operation of mail-in permit program & seasonal permit sales office including hiring, training, & scheduling of seasonal staff. Posts meeting notices, prepares agendas & distributes meeting materials to Select Board & ensures compliance with Open Meeting Law, & produces meeting minutes for Board meetings. Associates Degree & a minimum of five years of administrative or business experience required, & one-year supervisory experience, municipal experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong administrative & customer service skills This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position, covered under the Town\'s Personnel Bylaw agreement, with a starting pay range of \$32.95 - \$37.09 per hour.
