Role name: Business AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)ContractRole Description: •Analyze existing business processes related to financial planning and sales operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.•Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes that will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with Studios strategy.•Document and map current and future state processes, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.•Work with data teams to analyze financial, sales, and operational data, providing insights that will inform decision-making and prioritization within the program.•Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present data in a clear and actionable manner to various stakeholders.•Ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained throughout the analysis and reporting processes.•Act as a liaison between business users and the technical program team, ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and understood.•Facilitate communication between Studios stakeholders and the CIO/CTO organizations, ensuring that all parties are aligned on program goals and deliverables.•Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of business analysis activities and any emerging issues or risks.•Work closely with solution architects, developers, and data teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.•Participate in the design of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that they align with the functional specifications and business objectives.•Assist in the development of test cases and scenarios to validate that the solutions meet the business needs.•Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the Studios.•Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are fully equipped to use new tools and processes effectively.•Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support as needed to address any issues or concerns.•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.•Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and in compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.Competencies: Business AnalysisExperience (Years): 6-8Essential Skills: •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.•Experience working on projects related to financial systems, sales planning, data management, or business process improvement.•Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.•Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.•Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.•Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, sales planning tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights.•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.•Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.•CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification is preferred.•Any relevant financial or data management certifications are a plus.Desirable Skills:•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.•Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, particularly in the areas of content production and distribution, is a plus.•Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.Thanks & Regards,Shashi BhushanDiverse Lynx LLC |300 Alexander Park|Suite #200|Princeton , NJ 08540Office: +732-452-1006 ext:344Email: shashi.bhushan@diverselynx.com | URL: http://www.diverselynx.comDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
