Key Accountabilities/Core Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a scalable, secure Enterprise data architecture aligned with company goals. Lead engagement with business and IT leaders to collaborate,define and implement a data strategy, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security through robust governance policies. Design and oversee data integration processes and manage data storage solutions to support business intelligence and analytics. Engage with the IT organization to translate data strategies in execution and supportable solutions Optimize data management to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. Foster a data-driven culture, build strong relationships with IT partners, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Support business processes across various functional areas to conform to data strategy and conform to standards. Evaluate and implement new data technologies to enhance capabilities, ensuring effective integration into the existing architecture. Continuously monitor and optimize data architecture and integration processes to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation for Information & Data architecture, including target architecture, annual roadmaps, data models, data lineage, and information flow requirements. Drive data architecture decisions and create reusable design patterns and best practices by staying informed on current and emerging data, analytics, and reporting technologies. Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field within the biopharmaceutical industry, encompassing expertise in R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, and G&A areas of the business. Demonstrable experience of data governance principles and best practices. Extensive experience with data modeling, database design, and data integration processes Demonstrable knowledge in the practical uses of AI/ML in the Enterprise. Proficiency in SQL and other relational/non-relational database query languages. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about data architecture and its impact on the business. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF) are a plus.

Salary Range: $178,000.00 to $214,000.00 . Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
