Valiant Residential is seeking a talented Brand & Communications Manager to become an integral part of our team. As the Brand & Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our company's communication strategies forward across key areas including social media, internal communications, external communications, awards management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role involves developing and executing communication plans, analyzing their effectiveness throughout their implementation, and cultivating robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the Valiant Residential brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to drive audience engagement and increase followers. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies. Internal/External Communications Develop and implement internal &external communications strategies to ensure alignment with Valiant Residential's mission, values, and goals. Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged. Collaborate with department heads to gather content and share success stories, best practices, and company news internally Identify and execute on media opportunities for Valiant Residential Awards Management Identify and evaluate opportunities for Valiant Residential to participate in industry awards and recognition programs. Coordinate the submission process for awards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions. Maintain a calendar of award deadlines and milestones and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary materials and documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing Department leadership and other departments to promote the Valiant Residential brand and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Provide support for proposal designs, presentations, and marketing collateral to showcase Valiant Residential's capabilities and offerings Act as a brand ambassador and liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on brand-related initiatives Collaborate with Business Development/Client Services Department to maintain library of approved external facing materials Brand Management Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communications and marketing channels Updates website content as needed Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Ability to create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to drive audience engagement and increase followers. Proficiency in monitoring social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Experience in analyzing social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for various audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in developing and executing communication plans to support organizational goals. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced corporate setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Familiarity with Adobe Suite Familiarity with Canva Familiarity with HubSpot Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for up to 8 hours or more if needed. Must be able to lift to 30 lbs. as required.
