The Business Systems Coordinator will support the firm's technology initiatives by assisting in system upkeep and contributing to the efficient implementation of new software systems and enhancements. A four-year degree is preferred, but the position is entry level. Some relatable work experience is preferred. There is the potential for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, but preferred candidates will reside in South Carolina.

Job Summary:
The Business Systems Coordinator will support the firm's technology initiatives by assisting in system upkeep and contributing to the efficient implementation of new software systems and enhancements. This role involves close collaboration with our analysts and development team to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and support ongoing projects and software maintenance.
Essential Functions:
•Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from end users.
•Assist in designing solutions that improve system functionality and user experience.
•Collaborate with analysts, developers and IT staff to implement system updates and enhancements.
•Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for business applications.
•Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
•Participate in software testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
•Assist in data analysis.
•Provide coverage for team members where available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Education:
•Experience collaborating within a team environment, demonstrating accountability for individual tasks while contributing to the overall project goals and outcomes.
•Proven track record of reliability, consistently meeting commitments and maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
•Four-year college degree preferably in a business or technology discipline.
Other Skills/knowledge:
•Possess excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication skills
•Possess excellent organizational skills, and pay close attention to detail
•Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures accurately and proactively seeks assistance when challenges arise or when additional guidance is needed.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
•Open to ongoing learning and growth, with a collaborative mindset to share insights and skills with team members.
•Must possess ability to take initiative and prioritize various tasks while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision
•Must also have ability to work in a high-pressure environment
