This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070
What you'll do:
Meeting with clients to discuss their data interchange needs
Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department needs Testing and debugging the system for various EDI forms (i.e. 810, 850, etc.) Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support Training end-users on the proper use of the system Provides advice and education to clients concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities Periodically reviews system to ensure needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required Remains current regarding EDI and internet field technological developments Perform other related duties as assigned What we look for: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an EDI analyst Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills Ability to project manage and work with large teams Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience with end-user training High level of integrity and intellectual curiosity. Self-starter and attention to detail. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills. Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem solving and decision making skills. Team player who can build relationships across the organization. Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
