Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Outpatient
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts; rotating days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. No weekends or major holidays.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required. Outpatient hospital experience preferred.
License: Licensed Physical Therapist through the appropriate state Board of Allied Health.
Certifications: CPR/AED Certified
Must-Have:
- 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience - PT license in the relevant state - CPR/AED certification
Job Description:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a rehabilitation setting. - Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Assess and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. - Ensure compliance with all professional standards and guidelines. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports. - Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
