Entry-Level Credit Analyst (Hybrid) Job at Robert Half in Saint Paul

We are seeking an Entry-Level Credit Analyst who can support an amazing organization on a temporary project. In this role you will be responsible for credit administration, problem resolution and ensuring controls and compliance stay in place. This is a 2-4 month long project that also has the opportunity to turn into a permanent position!

· Initiative collections on accounts with 30/60/90+ days past due

· Investigate credit limits for customers

· Generate and analyze aging reports

· Complete account reconciliations

· Complete month end journal entries

· Assist customers on their account

· Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

· Help with additional projects and initiatives as directed

Qualifications

· BA/BS degree with strong academic performance

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

· Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

· Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (prior experience programming a big plus)

· Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

· High Degree of proficiency in Excel

· Experience in Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau
