The Allied Sales Coordinator will be responsible for performing support for all the sales staff, both in Houston and Grapevine. They will work with our Allied Project Coordinator, vendors and customers as needed to ensure all details of the jobs as submitted by our Sales Representatives.

The Allied Sales Coordinator will be responsible for performing support for all the sales staff, both in Houston and Grapevine. They will work with our Allied Project Coordinator, vendors and customers as needed to ensure all details of the jobs as submitted by our Sales Representatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively within the organization to meet required deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and project coordinator to ensure accuracy and efficiency with all allied projects.
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers, vendors, and others regarding status or to obtain any information requested to provide accurate details of job status on WIP reports.
- Enter and track transportation / delivery of inbound / outbound equipment providing 'Receivers' with detailed information.
- Create and manage equipment profiles as needed, vendor POs and customer invoices in company software.
- Track orders and acknowledgements / update ETAs, specs, MISC info and communicate this information in a timely manner to sales staff.
- Communicate and confirm with shop porter, tagged units as they come in with proper information / alert staff and departments as needed.
- Receive and coordinate new allied sale orders from sales staff, process and enter in company software, acknowledge, and manage to finish in a support role.
- Effectively communicate with Sales Finance Coordinator all costs, revenue and expected receivable or payment terms associated with each sale.
- Update serial #'s, lease info, vendor registration, and warranty file in company software Softbase as needed / requested.
- Understand shared drive file systems and organize related documents in proper folders for each sale transaction/job to locate quickly and access as needed.
- Review and confirm accuracy of information provided by multiple sources.
- Work in a partnership with all departments to ensure completion of daily tasks.
- Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Intermediate accounting skills
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to learn new methods of working with others
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team positive attitude is a must
- Must have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities efficiently
- Proficient in data entry to include typing and 10-key
- Winning attitude and great communication skills
- Basic understanding of costs, revenue, and gross profit
- Sales background, just a plus not required,
