Marketing Manager - Global Consumer Sales Enablement & E-Commerce

We have an exciting opportunity within the Consumer Channel Marketing team managing Global digital and e-commerce programs within retail channels. In this role, you will partner across the Qualcomm team in North America and globally to create programs and initiatives to drive our diversification business and front-line marketing activities with our Consumer Channel and OEM partners. We are leading the PC AI revolution and looking for a strong contributor to create best-in-class marketing relationships across the Global Consumer Channel Marketing ecosystem.

You will act as a player directly executing and owning a broad range of critical components of our retail marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries, and segments for the consumer segments.
Consumer Channel Marketing Responsibilities:
- Manage Global and North America consumer channel partner marketing relationships, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams & agency partners to create retail channel-specific marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotions across digital channels.
- Lead and expand the regular production cadence of localized retail marketing toolkits for retail back-to-school and holiday.
- Help develop marketing framework and programs with the channel to determine what helps set the product apart from others. Identify data-informed short-term and long-term marketing strategies, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize the creation of deep collaboration and trust with customers, partners, and the field.
- Partner with our Channel Sales Teams to develop co-marketing motions with top partners and support the MDF process. Collaborate on the development of joint retail marketing plans with channel partners to drive demand generation and sales. Ensure timely execution of programs in the channel and monitor channel performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize partner success.
- Produce a monthly consumer/retail channel report covering relevant market insights, sales and promotional results, and upcoming actions. Monitor channel performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize partner success.
- Execute a strategic plan to support channel partners and identify priority channel events to incorporate into the marketing plan. Work across the marketing, sales, and product management teams to align on strategy and supporting event activities for Consumer Marketing. Integrate into the overall QC global event strategy, supporting the work of the broader team to deliver on event enablement. Work with the QC Marketing and PDM teams to identify relevant QC content for presentations. Manage post-event metrics and event performance for reporting for optimization of strategy and linkage to business results.

Contribute to the creation and alignment of internal incentives programs and KPIs.

This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA, and is not eligible for remote work. This position will require the ability to travel - estimated 30-40%.
