Milestone is hiring Sales professionals in the US Midwest Region (Dallas, Phoenix or Denver) with a high degree of experience in Salesforce eco systems including Services, Implementation, Support, Development, and Maintenance.Prospect new leads, build relationships with potential customer Decision makers, performing demonstrations for customers on Milestone capabilities, overcoming objections and negotiating with leads, build strong sales pipeline & enable growing topline of the Organization.

Profile Requirements

  • Strong hunting experience and minimum selling experience of 7 - 10 years of IT Services across Application Development, Maintenance and Support/Software Services, IT application Managed Services and Staff Augmentation with a consultative sales approach
  • Should have worked in onshore-offshore model IT Services
  • Display a deep understanding and prior experience selling of Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Selling Solutions across Microsoft Tech Service Stacks including .Net and Azure Cloud solutions
  • Should have good connect with the Salesforce Sales Managers and the ability to build strong relationship with Partner ecosystem
  • Ability to identify and network with Influencers and decision makers of potential customers
  • Professional selling experience in the other areas of technology capabilities of Milestone and cross-sell other technology services including, Cloud, Analytics, Testing, RPA
Job Description
  • Achieve lead generation and prospecting of new leads
  • Identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sales of services
  • Identifying prospective organizations for account based sales and building strong relationships with influencers and decision makers
  • Understand the Salesforce ecosystem and the changes that are coming up
  • Develop strong relationships with the Salesforce sales managers to create partnership sales channel
  • Influence Salesforce sales managers with Milestone salesforce capabilities and build a win-win relationship to gain from partnership sales channel
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce technology practice team in building appropriate POC's, and use cases that showcase the capabilities to potential customers
  • Collect and share the trends in Salesforce Industry needs with the Salesforce Technology Practice for them to build the right capabilities
  • Build a strong sales pipeline for long term and participate in the growth of the business
  • Responsible for the Salesforce Topline from new customers
  • Track the progress of all leads, opportunities, proposals and report them on a frequent basis
  • Build expertise in the other areas of technology capabilities of Milestone and cross-sell other technology services like analytics, testing and RPA
  • Work closely with bid management, solutions, delivery and technology practice is delivering the right solution at the right price to the customer
  • Ensure deal margins are in alignment with the organization standards
