Physician / ObGyn - Urogynecology / North Carolina / Locum tenens / OB/GYN Neede

A health system is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Eastern North Carolina. This position features a team of 2 physicians and 4 nurses with a 1:3 call schedule (30-minute response time, no on-site requirement). Responsibilities include 6 inpatient cases/day, 2-3 OB checks, 14 monthly surgeries, and 30-40 deliveries. Procedures include C-sections, hysterectomies, vaginal deliveries, and more. No ICU procedures or code response is required. The 101-bed hospital has a Level II Trauma ED, 24/7 surgical services, specialist support, EPIC EMR, and GE Centricity fetal monitoring. BLS and NRP certifications are required.
