Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift, Five 8-hour days Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Nuclear Medicine experience License: Must have relevant licensure Certifications: - ACLS (Strongly Preferred) - De-escalation training from CPI, AVADE, or MOAB (Required as of 01/01/2024) Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Previous travel experience (Preferred) - Own vehicle for assignment Job Description: - Perform a variety of technical diagnostic imaging procedures using radioisotope material and Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in humans. - Employ accurate and methodical record-keeping and safety techniques. - Willingness to work either Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the following weekend or New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day and the following weekend. - Responsiveness to manager communications and adherence to the posted schedule is crucial. - Local travelers residing within 50 miles will not be considered. - No non-billable orientation. - Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified upon application; no more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. - Completion of required de-escalation training prior to onboarding and clearance.
