AlliedTravelCareers is working with GQR Healthcare to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Brenham, Texas, 77833 Pay Information $2,566 per week About The Position Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist • Day Shift Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a day shift role, Monday to Friday, 8 am • 5 pm. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment plans. • Adjust treatment plans as needed, based on re•evaluations and physician’s orders. • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). • Ensure compliance with HHSC and facility documentation requirements. Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Speech•Language Pathology. • Unrestricted license to practice Speech•Language Pathology in Texas. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech pathology. • Current CPR/BCLS certification. • Compliance with HIPPA regulations and client confidentiality. • Willingness to work with patients with dual diagnoses. • Compliance with HHSC immunization and COVID•19 testing requirements. This role is based in Brenham, TX, and involves working with Skilled Nursing Facility, Supported Living Center, and Swallowing Disorders cases. The facility uses the Iris/Cerner EMR system. COVID•19 vaccination is mandatory for this position.
