Job Title: X-Ray Technician Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x9-Hour (17:30 - 03:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1-year experience required License: - State Radiologic Technologist License (with provision to work for 90 days while the license is pending) Certifications: - BLS certification - ARRT registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology Must-Have: - Experience with PACS, Portables, C-Arm, Contrast Job Description: - Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in various settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating Room, ER, NICU, PICU, Adult ICU. - Conduct X-ray exams on extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower/upper extremities, and enema studies. - Operate Fluoroscopy Studies and provide support during surgery using C-Arm. - Participate in holiday and on-call rotations as required. - Handle a daily caseload of approximately 150 patients. - Utilize EPIC for charting. - Complete up to 8 hours of mandatory training modules within one week of signing on for the contract. - Work independently while being open to provide flexibility to meet facility needs when required.
