Project Manager

Job Description One of North America's largest financial institutions is seeking a Project Manager to join their Data Delivery & Integration (DDI) business unit. This role will manage the budget, timeline, scope, and resource allocation for multi-million-dollar projects to ensure the business unit's programs and initiatives hold governance standards in place. They will produce reports and presentations as well as host calls to update executives and leaders on project progress. This Project Manager will not have any developers or other direct reports and will act as an internal consultant collaborating with various stakeholders across teams. Daily duties include the below: -Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of business/technology projects. -Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. -Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. -Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. -Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. -Support the project manager in managing project risks and issues. -Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. -Utilize project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
