AlliedTravelCareers is working with TLC Nursing Associates Inc to find a qualified CT Tech in Coquille, Oregon, 97423 Pay Information $1,974 to $2,774 per week About The Position Job Title: Traveler CT Technologist\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Traveler CT Technologist to join our team for temporary assignments across various healthcare facilities. In this role, you will operate CT scanning equipment, capturing high-quality diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. You will also ensure equipment functionality, adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, and provide compassionate patient care during procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate CT scanning equipment to obtain diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.\nAccurately position patients to target specific areas for imaging.\nPerform routine maintenance and warm-up procedures on CT scanners to prolong equipment life and ensure optimal performance.\nMaintain strict hygiene protocols by sterilizing radiologic equipment before and after use.\nFollow physicians' written instructions for scanning procedures and administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image clarity.\nMonitor patients throughout procedures and provide support, addressing any concerns or reactions to contrast agents.\nEvaluate CT scans to ensure they meet technical quality standards for accurate diagnosis.\nClearly explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance as needed.\nMaintain inventory of radiologic supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working order.\n\nRequirements:\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology.\nValid state license to work as a CT technologist.\nCertification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).\nProven experience working as a CT technologist, with the ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.\nCPR and BLS certification.\nStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.\nExcellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced healthcare settings. 9676380EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Allied) Core Mandatory Part III Managing Agressive Behaviors Top Reasons to Work in Travel Healthcare By working in different regions, you can contribute to addressing healthcare disparities and providing quality care to underserved communities.
