Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - Mobile X-Ray Job Specialty: X-Ray Job Duration: Not specified Shift: Varied 8-hour shifts: 1) 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 2) 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, both with rotating on-call weekends and holidays Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Valid driver's license in good standing and State licenses Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: - Vaccination against COVID-19 or documentation for exemption - Ability to handle physical demands, including pushing/pulling equipment Job Description: - Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to various care facilities. - Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. - Submit and transmit X-Rays to a Radiologist for interpretation. - Unload portable X-Ray equipment and perform exams as ordered by physicians. - Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-Ray images. - Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required). - Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily in accordance with protocol. - Regularly communicate with dispatch and management. - Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. - Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment. - Ensure compliance with health and operational requirements.
