Superintendent
to lead on-site construction operations and oversee field personnel.
Projects are located exclusively in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities. Direct field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope. Maintain clear, consistent communication with Project Managers and administrative teams. Develop and update project schedules to guarantee timely project delivery. Monitor and evaluate the performance of field crews and personnel. Prepare and submit daily site reports and timesheets. Participate in on-site and off-site meetings as scheduled. Promote and enforce strict safety standards and practices.
Qualifications
Experience:
5 years in the construction industry, including at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent. Knowledge:
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements. Technical Skills:
Proficient in blueprint and contract document review; experience with construction management software is a plus. Soft Skills:
Team-oriented leader with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
