Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of commercial cases from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases. Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Litigation Attorney Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in CO Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial litigation. Strong litigation in experience in other categories will be considered. Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
