Seeking a
2-5 year Employment Litigation Attorney
for a well-established, full-service law firm in Fresno. The ideal applicant with a
minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in Labor & Employment , Plaintiffs or Defense is strongly considered. An ability to manage a case from beginning to end, experience in having taken depositions, wage and hour cases, class action (a plus), FEHA and PAGA experience, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination cases in California state and federal courts. We recognize successful candidates as bringing a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for law, strong writing skills and excellent communication. We will provide training and mentorship for career growth opportunities in our collegial office atmosphere with a great work culture and frequent team-building events. Competitive base salary, DOE from $120K-$150K , full array of employee benefits, and bonus incentives.
