We have been retained by a long-standing, prominent Boston law firm to search for a
Civil Litigation Attorney .
Overview This Civil Litigation Attorney will work closely with four litigation attorneys who represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide including complex business matters, employment, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, intellectual property, real estate and professional liability litigation. This firm takes pride in fostering high-quality client service, professional and personal development, mutual respect, individualism, and work-life balance. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing. 4 -7 years of civil litigation experience Experience in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Trial Experience: Not mandatory but some 2nd chair experience would be preferred. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
