Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity. Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management regulatory matters. Strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Experience in private equity and hedge fund formation is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
