Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads
- Manage internet sales leads through the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Schedule appointments with potential customers
- Conduct follow-ups with customers via email, phone, and text
- Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications and pricing
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online interactions to in-person meetings
- Assist customers with vehicle financing and paperwork
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and industry trends
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internet marketing strategies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM software is essential.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in internet sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
