Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management

  1. Generate sales through trade shows, online platforms, and direct client relationships.
  2. Build and nurture long-term client partnerships to drive ongoing sales growth.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Train and mentor new sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.

Strategic Planning

  1. Define target audiences and set clear trade show objectives.
  2. Identify and select key trade shows to maximize exposure and ROI.
  3. Develop and manage detailed trade show plans and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase sales.

Marketing and Promotion

  1. Craft marketing strategies to attract attendees and maximize engagement.
  2. Develop promotional materials and oversee pre-show communications.

Exhibitor Management

  1. Coordinate logistics for exhibitor move-ins and move-outs.
  2. Oversee trade show registrations to ensure seamless participation.

Budget Management

  1. Plan and allocate budgets for booth design, marketing, catering, and logistics.
  2. Track and manage expenses to ensure cost efficiency and adherence.

Logistics Coordination

  1. Arrange transportation and shipping for exhibit materials.
  2. Manage event logistics, including catering, AV equipment, signage, and venue coordination.

Post-Show Analysis

  1. Gather feedback from attendees and exhibitors to evaluate performance.
  2. Measure ROI and analyze trade show effectiveness.
  3. Identify areas for improvement to enhance future participation.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. 1-2+ years of experience in sales.
  2. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Creative thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Ability to travel to attend trade shows throughout the year.
  7. Background in the wholesale B2B clothing space is a plus.
  8. Ability to lead by example, motivating team members through positive reinforcement.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  10. A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
