Key Responsibilities
Sales and Account Management
- Generate sales through trade shows, online platforms, and direct client relationships.
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships to drive ongoing sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Train and mentor new sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
Strategic Planning
- Define target audiences and set clear trade show objectives.
- Identify and select key trade shows to maximize exposure and ROI.
- Develop and manage detailed trade show plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase sales.
Marketing and Promotion
- Craft marketing strategies to attract attendees and maximize engagement.
- Develop promotional materials and oversee pre-show communications.
Exhibitor Management
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitor move-ins and move-outs.
- Oversee trade show registrations to ensure seamless participation.
Budget Management
- Plan and allocate budgets for booth design, marketing, catering, and logistics.
- Track and manage expenses to ensure cost efficiency and adherence.
Logistics Coordination
- Arrange transportation and shipping for exhibit materials.
- Manage event logistics, including catering, AV equipment, signage, and venue coordination.
Post-Show Analysis
- Gather feedback from attendees and exhibitors to evaluate performance.
- Measure ROI and analyze trade show effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance future participation.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel to attend trade shows throughout the year.
- Background in the wholesale B2B clothing space is a plus.
- Ability to lead by example, motivating team members through positive reinforcement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
