Principal Product Manager, Connected Devices/Enso

About this role
You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and vision for our Enso product’s member experience. You will drive engagement and clinical outcomes through delightful Enso sessions, where members can customize their time through personalized content and efficacious treatment. You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across software and hardware engineering, design, clinical, education, and content teams to deliver an impactful solution at scale. This is a highly strategic PM role that can be hands-on with their Pod. You will have the opportunity to fundamentally shape the member experience while driving one of the company’s top business priorities.
What You'll Accomplish
Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives.
Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration. Mentor team members in adoption of these best practices.
Ship products within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process.
Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.
Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches.
Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management of mobile and web products.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree, CS is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with medical or consumer devices.
Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output.
Demonstrated success in leading development of products and customer-facing features from inception to delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills.
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
Strong analytical and experimental design skills.
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$270,000.
