Competitive Mileage Pay • Experienced drivers can start at.76 per mile /$32.52 an hour. • Paid for every drop, hook, and fuel stop. Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with flexible plan options. • Employee-only coverage cost up to 2% of gross income • Family coverage cost up to 4% of gross income. • 4O1(k) with 100% match up to 5% of your salary • 80 hours of PTO within your first 11 months • Holiday pay after 90 days • Cell phone stipend Responsibilities • Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points. • Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather. • Consistently meet reliability and safety standards. • Be prepared to chain up as needed. • Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • At least 21 years old • Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements • One year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment • Experience with double/triples preferred; training provided • Chaining is required, training available. • Valid DOT Medical Certification • Clean driving record – no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past three years • Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management • Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication http://www.oakharborbenefits.com/full-time-regular-employees.html OHFL is an equal opportunity employer.
