We are seeking a dynamic and energetic
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
to lead our revenue growth strategies and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. This role requires a high-energy, sales-driven individual with deep expertise in revenue generation, team management, and strategic planning. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that align with the organization’s long-term objectives. Lead and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector to drive business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on revenue goals. Oversee sales operations and implement best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Mentor and develop the sales team to foster a high-performance culture. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. Required Qualifications: Minimum of
18 years
of experience in hardcore sales with a strong focus on sales-driven team leadership. Proven experience as a
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
for at least
2-4 years , with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in previous assignments. Extensive experience in the
BFSI sector , with a deep understanding of its sales dynamics and customer needs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive revenue growth and business success. Must be energetic, forward-thinking, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. If Indian, the candidate should have over
15 years of sales experience in the United States . Job Type: Full-time Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
