Job Description:
As a team lead, you will help the company oversee a portfolio of rental properties. You will coordinate the entirety of the property management cycle (customer service, coordinating the leasing properties, client and tenant accounting, property inspections, running an effective team, client onboarding, overseeing turnovers and make-readies of rental properties, etc.). To help you be successful at this you will have a full-time assistant manager that can take calls and help with process checklists. You will work with 100 to 200 properties in your portfolio. To excel in the role, you must be extremely organized, good with people, coordinate with other team members, get approved concessions from owners to lower their vacant properties' prices, conduct property inspections, and be driven to achieve leasing goals. You will also need to make sure that your properties stay in great condition throughout the move-in and move-out cycles. Clients will have questions and or customer service issues that will need to be addressed. What You Will be Doing:
Each day will start with a standup with your team (you, the assistant property manager, and the property liaison). You will discuss the status of the projects you are working on and review the schedule for the upcoming week. Key discussion points will be vacant properties, client communication, turnovers, what property inspections need to be conducted, tenant issues, work orders, paying owners, and upcoming projects. You will also need to be on top of communicating with potential tenants during their showings or getting feedback. At the end of the day, you will be the point of contact for our clients and must be aware of what is happening with their accounts.
What We Are Looking For:
* Five or more years of full-time work experience
* Experience working in real estate, billing, project management, or customer service
* Be able to work from the Orem office 3 days a week
* Proficiency with Google Suite (calendar, Gmail, drive, voice, and hangouts)
* Extremely organized and a firm understanding of accountability
* Frequent travel within 1 hour of the office in Orem for property inspections
* Must be dependable
* Must have high integrity
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have dependable internet, computer, and transportation
* Must submit to credit and background check
* Demonstrated ability to learn new software and adapt to changing processes

* Base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
Other relevant work experience:
* Active Utah real estate agent license
* Bilingual (Spanish)
* Bachelor's or better degree
* Accounting experience
