Job Title: SAP FICA Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) Experience: 10 Years Visa: Except OPT/CPT Reach Me: Maheshpzenithcad.com Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SAP ISU Consultant with expertise in FICA, ISU Billing, Device Management , and Master Data Management (MDM) to support our utility clients in implementing and optimizing SAP ISU solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and integrating these modules, ensuring seamless business operations in the utilities domain. Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements related to FICA, ISU Billing, Device Management, and Master Data Management. Configure and customize the SAP ISU solution, focusing on billing rate structures, FICA processes, device configurations, and MDM setup. Provide end-to-end support for billing processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and billing adjustments. Implement and maintain SAP FICA functionalities such as account determination, clearing rules, dunning, and payment processing. Configure and manage SAP Device Management, including meter reading, device lifecycle management, and integration with billing. Manage Master Data setup for ISU, ensuring accuracy and consistency in customer, contract, and technical master data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules like CRM, FICA, Billing, and Device Management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP ISU modules, providing timely support to minimize disruptions. Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimizations for ISU processes. Conduct user training, testing, and documentation of configuration, processes, and procedures. Requirements: Experience: 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU modules, including FICA, Billing, Device Management, and MDM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring billing schema, payment plans, clearing rules, and device lifecycle processes. Strong understanding of integration points between FICA, Billing, Device Management, and MDM. Experience with regulatory compliance and industry-specific requirements in utilities. Proven expertise in resolving billing discrepancies, managing master data, and device-related challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the utilities or energy sector. SAP ISU Certifications in relevant modules are a plus. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA utilities solutions is an advantage.
