Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, New Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering Team. At DiLandro Andrews, our structural engineers bring high-end residential visions to life, ensuring the integrity and longevity of luxury homes throughout the Tri-State area and the Hamptons. Elevating the project experience, we collaborate closely with architects and builders to seamlessly integrate innovative engineering solutions into stunning, one-of-a-kind residences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare permit sets, construction drawings, and designs of residential and commercial building structures. Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data received from architects, designers, and engineers. Use current industry software tools to perform structural analysis and design. Visit site and/or client offices as required by the project. Work with assigned task scope and budget, coordinate with client and team to develop creative and resilient solutions. Provide construction administration services and field engineering services as required. Expected to perform job duties with close supervision by manager or senior engineer. Aggressively pursue learning of engineering discipline and departmental processes. Exemplify firms core values of Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration. Minimum Qualifications BS/BE Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering required. Working knowledge of current industry software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Ram Structural Systems, and Enercalc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Construction and leadership experience preferred. Strong team player who can work on several projects simultaneously. For required site visits, the ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and enter confined spaces.
