About Us: We are a pioneering company focused on transforming training through AI. We are still in stealth mode and can’t reveal too much info here. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front end and backend components of our mobile/desktop application. Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance the user experience of our training platform. Optimize application performance and ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms. Requirements: Location: In office at San Francisco, CA (crucial for the nature of the startup) Proven experience in developing front end and backend components for web applications. Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of backend technologies including Node.js, Python. Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bonus Skills: Experience working with LLM workflows (RAGs, fine tuning) Experience with aviation-related technologies or simulation software. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices.
