Key Responsibilities: Assist in civil engineering designs, including site layout, grading, storm drainage, and utility designs (water & sewer) Develop plans, technical calculations, and a variety of Civil 3D deliverables such as site plans, exhibits, and reports Support the design of erosion and sediment control systems and implement stormwater best management practices Work with the engineering team to resolve constructability challenges, ensure municipal code compliance, and address site-specific issues Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, plumbing engineers, survey crews, and geotechnical engineers to ensure project success Conduct site visits to gather data, perform scope evaluations, and coordinate with field teams Review RFIs, drawings, and assist with field inspections Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3 years of related civil engineering land development experience Experience with the following computer-aided design programs: AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD Benefits Include: Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) PTO & paid holidays Career development Continuing education reimbursement Hybrid Work Schedule Apply today for immediate consideration
