Maintenance Supervisor

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: · Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities. · Provide direction and leadership consistent with plant business plan goals. · Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her area of responsibility. · Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to support production jobs. · Responsible for managing the preventive maintenance schedules. · Responsible for ensuring accountability and discipline. Required Experience This a full-time salary role in the Maintenance Department team and reports to the Maintenance Manager. Required experience: · 2-4 years equivalent experience of maintenance supervision. · Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred, and one (1) year of management experience. · Preferred experience in hot stamping, laser, cold stamping and or mechanical presses.
