If you thrive on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring top-notch safety standards, this role is made for you What You’ll Do: Optimize Production: Troubleshoot and streamline chemical processes using advanced control systems to enhance efficiency and quality. Innovate & Improve: Analyze operations and equipment to drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and maximizing raw material usage. Lead by Example: Oversee chemical processing equipment and ensure smooth operation of dryers, boilers, pumps, and more. Collaborate on Projects: Play a key role in plant upgrades, design improvements, and capital projects that shape the future of production. Champion Safety & Compliance: Work with environmental teams to ensure safety protocols are met, while staying ahead of regulatory requirements. What You Bring: Degree in Chemical Engineering and 3-10 years of hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, ideally in nitrogen, ammonia, or ammonium nitrate. Strong skills in troubleshooting, data analysis, and process optimization . Familiarity with DCS systems and Process Safety Management (PSM) environments. A passion for problem-solving and driving meaningful improvements in a high-tech, high-impact industry.
