Develop replicable VPC architectures tailored for individual enterprise clients , ensuring seamless and secure deployment. Implement advanced autoscaling strategies to handle dynamic workload requirements. Oversee teams of forward-deployed engineers embedded at client companies, ensuring successful and secure deployment of tailored solutions. Build and optimize model-serving pipelines with an emphasis on efficiency, autoscaling, and low-latency performance. DevOps & Backend Infrastructure Ensure production-grade code readiness with a focus on security, performance, and operational integrity . Manage and optimize databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Milvus) for efficient query handling, sharding, and secure credential management. Enhance logging, metrics, and observability systems to support real-time monitoring and troubleshooting . Key Skill Sets General Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years of proven experience in cloud architecture, network systems, and scalable infrastructure development. Strong understanding of major cloud service providers, especially AWS. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Cloud Engineering & Deployment (Required) Extensive experience in cloud engineering with a focus on the deployment of large-scale applications . Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and other relevant tools , with a strong emphasis on secure and reliable cloud environments. Advanced knowledge of network architecture and VPC design for multi-tenant, enterprise-grade solutions. Proven experience handling autoscaling and building systems to manage dynamic traffic spikes . DevOps & Backend Infrastructure (Highly Recommended) Solid experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Proficiency in database management and sharding for large-scale data systems. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for performance monitoring and debugging . The compensation for this full-time position is between 140k - 350k including bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
