DRAM Engineer

We’re urgently seeking a skilled DRAM Engineer to advance memory systems at a fast-growing start-up. As a DRAM Engineer, you will collaborate with design and verification teams to optimize memory controllers and PHYs, perform DRAM simulations, validate SoC memory integration, and oversee HBM silicon and package testing. Additionally, you will develop and implement advanced debugging methodologies and ensure our memory solutions meet rigorous performance and reliability standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers to define memory controller and PHY requirements. Optimize main memory performance and power with vendors (DDRPHY/HBMPHY, DRAM). Perform DRAM simulations and validate SoC memory integration. Oversee HBM silicon and package-level testing. Develop bring-up, debug methodologies, and perform Post-Si validation. Qualifications: 5 years of DRAM engineering experience and knowledge of DRAM architectures. Expertise in DRAM simulation, interface verification (HBM2E/HBM3 PHY, Memory Controller). Strong hardware/software debugging and teamwork skills. Programming experience in C/C++/Python. Bachelor’s degree (5 years experience) or Master’s/PhD (3 years industry experience) with HBM2E/3/DDR5/LPDDR4 products.
