E-Commerce & DTC Marketing Manager

Overview: Seeking a tech-savvy E-commerce Manager to drive revenue growth across DTC & B2B channels. This role will own and optimize the DTC website via Shopify to improve performance and sales conversion. Experience with Shopify, email messaging platforms, digital marketing, and e-commerce tools is a must. This role will own our DTC e-commerce platform and shape customer experiences to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Own, optimize, and continuously enhance the Shopify website to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve the overall user experience. E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that leverage Shopify features, integrations, and add-ons to support sales growth and streamline operations. Loyalty & Upsell: Design and execute programs to boost customer retention, repeat purchases, & average order value. Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and analyze targeted email campaigns using integrated email marketing tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. Manage and optimize Zomee's LinkedIn to drive B2B engagement, generate leads, and build strategic partnerships with suppliers and healthcare providers. Sales Materials: Develop and manage materials, ensuring B2B sales teams are equipped with resources for effective selling. Customer Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and DME teams to create tailored marketing programs that meet customer needs and drive engagement. Online Reviews & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews, leveraging feedback to enhance brand perception and build customer trust. Tech & Tools Integration: Implement and manage Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party tools to enhance site functionality and marketing automation. Analytics & Reporting: Use Shopify analytics and other tools to track website performance, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce management, DTC marketing, or digital marketing. Proven expertise in managing Shopify platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo), and digital marketing campaigns. Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, including managing themes, integrations, and plugins. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize performance. Experience with loyalty programs, upsell strategies, and lead generation. Competencies: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with sales and marketing teams. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation strategies. Familiarity with customer review platforms and online reputation management. Knowledge of integrating and managing third-party tools and applications for e-commerce optimization. Portfolio Requirement: Demonstrated experience with successful campaigns and e-commerce growth strategies.
