Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including sales agents, customer service representatives, and administrative positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking events, career fairs, and industry-specific channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and updates to all parties.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pool.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry roles and licensing requirements is a plus.
