Description

  • Serve as the technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors (S/F), optimizing the system to support HR and business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to drive automation across HR processes, improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Identify and implement digitalization opportunities within HR functions, supporting key projects and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and deploy new system functionalities that meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage and support HR technology projects, ensuring successful implementation, testing, and optimization after launch.
  • Provide technical support and training for HR teams and employees on the usage, functionality, and troubleshooting of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in HR technology, applying this knowledge to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Work with global teams to deploy and maintain HR technologies that streamline HR services and enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

  • Experience: 8+ years in HRIS management or related fields, with hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification: Required certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module; additional certifications in other SuccessFactors modules are a plus.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and data management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale HRIS projects, from scoping and design through to implementation and optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendors and consultants.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges in HRIS systems.
