Responsibilities Requirements: Nurse Practitioner Degree or Physician Assistant Degree Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization Licensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employment DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority 1-2 years of Cardiology experience is required
