Company: SpotOn Transact LLC Location: San Francisco, CA Position Type: Full Time Experience: See below Education: See below Perform month end close activities incl prep of journal entries, acct recs & back-end controls to ensure accuracy of revenue; dvlp & maintain desktop procedures for revenue acctg activities; prepare support for internal & external audit requests; manage & perform month-end close activities; assist in implementation of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module & Salesforce; facilitate stakeholder alignment on revenue impacting issues/projects; identify operational risks or missing process controls. Participate in continual process improvements, working closely w/ fin'c transformation team; work w/ automation efforts & design of new products rel to monthly & quarterly revenue close; perform accurate acctg of transactions w/ multiple performance obligations in accordance w/ ASC 606 & co.s internal revenue policy; prepare mgmt reports incl income & balance sheet flux analysis, revenue & margin metrics. Reqs Masters in accounting, finance business management or similar + 24 mos rel profl exp which must incl work w/ perform month end close activities incl prep of journal entries, acct recs & back-end controls to ensure accuracy of revenue; dvlp & maintain desktop procedures for revenue acctg activities; prepare support for internal & external audit requests; manage & perform month-end close activities.
