3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with sales of 3 mil+/year
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
Control costs while managing high standards of service - the details matter
Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
